Rt55 Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Usage Guide

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and rt55 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the rt55 platform – whether through the website or mobile app – you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the RT55 platform and must cease using our services immediately.

2 User Eligibility

To register and use the rt55 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Never previously suspended or banned from using the rt55 platform.
• Using the platform for personal purposes, not on behalf of any other party
• Ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful under the laws of your local jurisdiction

3 Registration & Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at rt55. Registering multiple accounts – whether using the same or different information – is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Closure of all associated accounts
• Cancellation of all bonuses and wins earned
• Freezing of deposit balances associated with unauthorized activity

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. rt55 carries out a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify user identity. Documents that may be required include a valid Malaysian identity card, driving licence, or passport.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. RT55 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your own negligence.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Rt55 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX online banking, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay, DuitNow, and cryptocurrency. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit limit is RM30 for most payment methods
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same user's name.
• Rt55 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or anonymous sources
• Funds deposited via unrecognized methods will be returned to the original source

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM50 for bank transfers
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered under the same rt55 user's name
• Rt55 processes withdrawals within 15–30 minutes for bank transfers and instantly for e-wallets
• VIP members receive priority processing with higher limits based on membership tier
• Rt55 reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals that exceed certain limits

5 Bonus & Promotions

Rt55 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements as specified in their respective bonus terms. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated
• Rt55 reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of abuse or fraud
• Rollover requirements must be met within the specified validity period before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly before rollover requirements are met
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited
• Rt55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion without prior notice

6 Wagering Rules

All bets placed on the rt55 platform are subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Rt55 reserves the right to void bets placed based on odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error
• In the event of a result dispute, the official decision from the recognized governing body will apply
• Rt55 reserves the right to restrict or refuse bets from users suspected of engaging in systematic arbitrage or fraud
• Winnings obtained from bets placed using insider or unauthorized information will be voided

7 User Conduct

By using the RT55 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization
• Distributing offensive, disruptive, or harmful content to other users
• Taking any action that may compromise the stability or security of the rt55 platform
• Selling, transferring, or pledging your rt55 account to another party

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account closure, cancellation of all wins, and forfeiture of any funds associated with the unauthorized activity.

8 Account Security

Rt55 equips the platform with a multi-layered security system including two-factor authentication (2FA), end-to-end encryption, and suspicious activity monitoring. However, you also have your own responsibility to keep your account secure:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of protection
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members
• Always log out of your account when using a shared device
• Report to RT55 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Rt55 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any Terms and Conditions set out in this document
• Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age
• Confirmation that the user owns or controls more than one account
• Evidence of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Failure to provide the required KYC documents within the specified period
• Instructions from relevant authorities

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting rt55 customer support. Valid fund balances will be returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the review process is complete.

10 Limitation of Liability

Rt55 strives to keep the platform running without interruption; however, we cannot guarantee 100% service availability at all times. rt55 will not be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from technical disruptions or scheduled system maintenance
• Losses caused by betting outcomes placed by the user
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence in maintaining their account security
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control such as natural disasters or internet infrastructure outages

RT55's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total active deposit balance in the user's account at the time of the incident.

11 Terms Amendment

Rt55 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational needs, regulatory changes, or platform improvements.

Notice of changes will be provided via:

• Notice displayed on the rt55 platform homepage
• Email notifications to all registered users
• In-app notifications on the rt55 mobile app

Term changes will take effect 7 days after the notice is published, except for changes required to comply with legal requirements, which may take effect immediately. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
